Vaulting to victory: Podium success for the Pole Vaulting brothers
It has been an outstanding month of athletics, with two of our pupils, brothers Isaac and Noah, securing major medals on the regional indoor circuit.
Competing at the South of England Indoor U20 Championships, Isaac delivered a commanding performance against some of the finest young athletes in the region. With an impressive vault of 4.10m, he secured the Silver medal, only narrowly missing out on the Gold through a nail-biting count-back.
Success clearly runs in the family, as Noah reached the very top of the podium at the East of England Indoor Athletics Championships. Displaying exceptional technique and composure, he claimed the Gold medal with a successful vault of 3.80m.
Both Isaac and Noah have shown immense dedication to their sport, and these results are a testament to the hard work they put into their training. It is a rare and proud achievement for the school to celebrate two such significant regional medals from the same family in such a short space of time.
Congratulations to both Isaac and Noah on their remarkable successes!
