Year 10 Student wins ‘Young Chef Competition'

Gracie Stack, a talented Year 10 student, clinched victory at the Rotary Club of Watford 'Young Chef Competition' held at West Herts College. Her winning menu featured a delectable seared sea bass on minted purée with salsa verde and parmentier potatoes, followed by a delightful raspberry and white chocolate brûlée with shortbread and raspberry coulis.

Gracie's culinary excellence earned her a coveted spot in the Young Chef Academy through West Herts College. We wish Gracie the best of luck as she will now move forward to the regional competition in the new year.
