London Marathon success for Year 13 student!

Congratulations to Year 13 student Francesca Ryde who completed the Virgin Money London Marathon in an extremely impressive 3 hours 58 minutes! Francesca has almost achieved her goal of raising £2000 towards her chosen charity "Make Some Noise". She commented: "It's been a long haul of a training journey but one hundred percent worth it! Nothing beats the feeling of completing a marathon ... and sub-four hours on a first attempt has exceeded my aims totally! I feel on top of the world despite dead legs and every other inch of my body being in absolute agony! THANK YOU".
