Science

In 2008 the school was awarded a second specialism in Science. This particular area is a real strength at St Clement Danes due to our excellent facilities, exceptional staff and the imaginative ideas that have promoted a stimulating curriculum.

Specific provision is made for a range of abilities; at GCSE for example, there is an option to study triple Science while others with different learning styles may study double Science or Applied Science. There is a range of extracurricular opportunities to extend learning opportunities for all students, including national competitions, trips to sites of scientific interest and visiting speakers. At A level, all scientific disciplines are offered as well as Human Biology and Psychology.
